By utilising simple techniques and delicious recipes, you’ll be able to incorporate these incredible, flavoursome, and unique ingredients in your everyday cooking.
Hosted by Julie Weatherhead – author of Australian Native Foods Harvest – a guide for the passionate cook and gardener.
Julie will pass on her 20 years of experience in the best ways to use native foods in the kitchen. You will create some delicious dishes that will become your morning tea and lunch. Julie will conduct a tour of the native foods garden and focus on the health and culinary benefits of these amazing plants.
Our native foods shop and nursery will be open for students as well."
