Learn how to get the most out of your pumpkin and use this vegetable in a variety of ways on Monday 16 September 2019 at 7:00pm. The workshop is hosted by the CWA Officer branch.

Learn the tips, tricks and benefits of cooking seasonally, using basic recipes.

Taste test recipes. Chat with a nutritionist on hand, and the farmer who grew the produce.

The Cardinia Community Kitchen program will consist of monthly demonstrations with local CWA branches, held at various locations across Cardinia Shire. The workshops will be focusing on:

  • Healthy cooking with seasonal and local produce

  • Where to source local ingredients

  • Tips and tricks on how to use the whole ingredient,

Come along, learn new ideas, and chat with locals.
