It all started with an apple. We will show you how versatile the humble apple is and show you some lost skills, like stewing and pickling. The workshop is hosted by the CWA Officer branch at the RG Porter Social Rooms on Monday 16 March at 7:00pm.

The Cardinia Community Kitchen program will consist of monthly demonstrations with local CWA branches, held at various locations across Cardinia Shire. The workshops will be focusing on:
Healthy cooking with seasonal and local produce
Where to source local ingredients
Tips and tricks on how to use the whole ingredient,
Come along, learn new ideas, and chat with locals.
