Cardinia Food Circles Project - 2019 VicHealth Awards Finalist
All of us at the Cardinia Food Movement, along with Sustain: The Australian Food Network, Cardinia Shire Council, and our many partners working in Cardinia Shire, are delighted to have received the acknowledgement of VicHealth in the form of being a finalist for the work of everyone involved in the ground-breaking Cardinia Food Circles project over the past three years.
More than 59 finalists from across Victoria are in the running for the 2019 VicHealth Awards. The Cardinia Food Circles Project has been nominated for promoting healthy eating alongside four other finalists. This is a wonderful endorsement of the work of dozens of organisations and many hundreds of individuals all dedicated to the cause of healthy food systems that support a flourishing future for Cardinia Shire.
